At Fulluxy, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Customized & Personalized Orders

Customized or personalized items may only be canceled within 4 hours of purchase.

After this period, production begins and the order can no longer be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Returns

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, Fulluxy does not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Incorrect product ordered by customer
  • Used items
  • Washed items
  • Opened or damaged products caused by customer use

We only accept returns if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The item is defective
  • The item is significantly different from the product description

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

Return Process

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • The correct return address

Customers must include their order number inside the return package.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Fulluxy will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge restocking fees.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 3–20 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 20 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Customized and personalized products are made specifically for each customer.

Production Time

  • 1–3 business days for processing
  • 3–5 business days for production

Shipping Time

Delivery usually takes:

  • 3–5 business days after shipment

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Returns & Refunds

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Products damaged through misuse
